The Panari Hotel houses eight banqueting rooms with capacity ranging between minimum 40 people and maximum 1000 people.

KShs 2900 per person per day is charged for the following benefits:

- Conference room hire
- Early morning tea only
- Mid morning and afternoon tea/coffee with assorted pastries and sandwiches
- Buffet lunch with a soft drink
- Mints and two mineral waters
- Writing pads and pen, one flipchart , marker pens and a screen
- Free use of parking for participants (capacity 450 cars).

Policies and Other Information
Late check out policy:

After 6 pm: Overnight rates will be availed upon request.

Policy on children staying with parents:

- Child newborn to four years old, sharing parents' room, stays free.
- For child between four and a half and 11 years old, sharing parents' room, $ 30 will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

- No-shows are chargeable at the night rate offered for the first night.
- Cancellation within 48 hours from noon on date of accommodation: 100% of the net value of the booking will be charged.
- For groups, cancellation or reduction in number between seven and two days before arrival: 35% of the rate applicable per bed night cancelled will be charged.

Other disclosures:

Non-arrivals:

- In the event of no-shows for FIT bookings without cancellation in writing prior to the day of arrival, one night's accommodation shall be charged.
- Block bookings and group bookings not materialising must be released 35 days before the arrival date.
- Rooming lists for group bookings are required 14 days prior to the date of arrival, with passport numbers, arrival times and departure times.

Deposits:

- For group bookings in excess of 15 rooms, except for tour series, the hotel requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the value of accommodation on confirming, or alternatively 45 - 30 calendar days prior to arrival, depending on the date of the confirmation and expected arrival date.
- Tour series block bookings must be covered by a voucher at least 60 days prior to date of arrival.
